Hey there! We're launching a new Watch Party app that allows people to watch Gaming/Anime content together. The app currently lets you watch any YouTube/Twitch video/livestream in sync with friends, strangers, and content creators. Part of our current strategy is building a strong community of gaming/anime fans on Discord, to get people excited about the app. This is a great chance to be a part of a new community early on, and help us grow it!

We're looking for someone to help grow our Discord from the ground up. The key deliverable will be adding new users, but the ideal candidate should also be self-motivated and dedicated to nurturing the community, available to talk to our community members. A passion for Gaming and Anime is a must, if you enjoy hosting watch parties, even better!

This is a PAID position, and a fantastic opportunity to develop your marketing/communication skills. Strong performance will be rewarded in the form of bonuses (if growth milestones are achieved), and potential to grow within our organization - particularly if you're interested in the mobile app.

Job Responsibilities:

Continuously look for new channels to bring users into our Discord community
Interact with community members and engage in discussions
Attend and/or host watch parties on our Discord
Advertise our Discord community occasionally on your personal social media accounts
Keep community engaged and excited about our events (Watch Parties on the mobile app, or on our Discord)

Job Requirements:

Prior experience moderating another Discord server
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to talk to individual users, whether existing members or prospective new members
Willingness to foster engagement within the community
Passion for gaming, anime, or Esports
