Are you a Marketing Lead with experience working in the Chinese market? Read on. Do you know how to lead a team, execute a strategy, and act as an operational link between management and top office? Can you deliver value in the short and long term by building awareness and conversions for our games? Add to that great language, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and you might be our ideal candidate.

In this role you will

  • Develop and oversee the annual brand plan and budget, allocating the budget and other resources to ensure the delivery of ROI as per HQ guidelines.
  • Lead the execution, roll-out, and optimization of communication strategies and integrated marketing campaigns based on consumer insights from the market.
  • Manage the China distribution team (game marketing, content marketing, game publishing, non-game marketing, and brand hub).
  • Act as a direct operational and strategic link between the Outfit7 China office and Outfit7 headquarters.
  • Act as a direct operational and strategic link between Outfit7 and China operations (mid and top management) and maintain the business reporting and operational link with the sales department.

What weโ€™re looking for

  • Strong leadership abilities, with proven skills in leading diverse teams and executing strategy.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively juggle, multitask, and prioritize tasks, as well as efficiently follow through on deliverables.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across the company.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluency in the Chinese language and strong English language skills (both written and spoken).

Your experience

  • 3-5 years of significant marketing experience, ideally in the mobile gaming industry.
  • Experience in leading small to medium sized teams of junior and senior people.
  • Solid, functional marketing knowledge, preferably with recent experience in leading a marketing team
  • Good understanding of and experience working in the Chinese market and, ideally, the mobile gaming industry.

Compensation
