(Closed) Senior Producer, Games

Osmo is forming new teams and growing existing initiatives. As a Senior Producer, you will be supporting our game teams in developing multiple products from concept phase to post-launch support. While being part of a larger production team, you will be the sole producer on a product vertical working with internal and external development teams.

Position Responsibilities

  • Gather project requirements, goals, and scope estimates to define and track project tasks, resources, and progress across small to mid-sized teams
  • Translate product specs, game designs, and concept docs into specific resourcing plans, timelines, Jira tickets, etc...
  • Understand requirements and interdependencies from cross-departmental teams and make recommendations based on sometimes competing priorities
  • Proactively identify potential risks and take action to troubleshoot, prevent, and resolve
  • Provide additional project support as needed for production tasks such as computer vision verification, localization, playtests, sprint retrospectives, and external beta testing
  • Communicate, coordinate, and track deliverables with internal teams, business partners, contractors, vendors, and third-party developers
  • Regularly iterate on new ideas, tasks, and processes to continuously improve production, design, and communication techniques
  • Collaborate with engineers, artists, curricular specialists, and key stakeholders to influence product direction and create compelling products that help kids learn


  • 7+ years production experience in game development or related industry, ideally with a launched game or product
  • A keen interest in creating engaging playful learning experiences for kids
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, project management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to mediate and resolve interpersonal and cross-team conflicts
  • A clear understanding of game development pipelines and best practices
  • Deep love and appreciation of collaborative team environments
  • Solid knowledge of project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Basecamp and spreadsheet software such as Excel or Google Spreadsheets
  • General knowledge in game development disciplines, including but not restricted to game design, software engineering, art, and user research
