You will be a key member of the global influencer team here at Osmo! You will maintain and scale your assigned region of influencers through various tactics to optimize across multi-channel goals. You will grow and deepen our influencer relationships, connecting the authenticity of both our brand and creator/influencer messaging - in both written and visual format. The right candidate is passionate about influencer marketing and is a disciplined and meticulously organized creative with a data-driven lens.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting into the Global Director of Influencers & Talent Partnerships
  • Knowledge of both earned media and paid partnerships
  • Strong understanding of and at least 3 years of experience with digital advertising campaigns such as: whitelisting, promo codes, and UTM links.
  • Build and deepen relationships with external partners and influencers, from nano to macro
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaignsIdentify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
  • Attend relevant events for networking and business purposesResearch relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and influencersEnsuring that the brand and creators/influencers are adhering to all guidelines before publishing deliverables
  • Identifying genuine and authentic storylines throughout all copy and content
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends across all the social media networks and influencer landscape

Creative & Qualitative Lens

  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • Develop content ideas, write and curate content alongside our creative team, storytelling, and copyrighting teams
  • Understanding of global universal vs localized messaging

Collaborative and Cross-Channel Optimization Lens

  • Working in collaboration across global influencer team, PR, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand / Growth Marketing, Logistics and Operations Management to execute earned and paid influencer strategies on-time, within budgets, and exceeding goals
  • Build, scale, and maintain your assigned list / region of influencers to optimize towards various KPIS and goals (including but not limited to: Osmo Social Club, gifting, earned media, paid partnerships, retail support, brand awareness, growth and performance marketing)
  • Liaising with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Data-driven and Quantitative Lens

  • Building and maintaining reports, gathering insights
  • Tracking daily captures, onboards, and activities
  • Ability to build data-driven reports and present a concise analysis with recommended optimizations in both polished verbal and written/visual formats
  • Ability to pivot and de-risk any foresee / plan for challenges along the way
  • Execute a tiered / segmented approach to maximize impact of activations and creative campaigns

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience with influencers or a similar role in the Marketing field.
  • Ability to identify and work with influencer personas outside of social media influencers, such as brand evangelists, credible experts, teacher ambassadors.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and many more.
  • An expert in various social media algorithms, and social media community guidelines.
  • Proficiency in PR, Social Media and Social Media management tools is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and networking skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
