Job Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to assist with projects related to our talent programs and culture efforts. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that expands across the globe and develop an understanding of the HR organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Get the opportunity to contribute to high-impact global projects
  • Gain hands-on experience and exposure to the business environment
  • Participate in HR virtual social events and other company activities
  • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks
  • Provide recruiting coordination and resume screening support for hiring managers and candidates
  • Assist with global new hire onboarding

Responsibilities:

  • Support recruiting efforts such as, but limited to working closely with hiring managers to move candidates through the interview process
  • Schedule candidate interviews, logistics in a timely and accurate mannerParticipate in creating amazing programs and initiatives that reinforce our company culture and help our team come together and thrive
  • Responsible for assisting and driving various Human Resources projects
  • Actively participates in all other Human Resources initiatives and programs as appropriate and coordinates employee events
  • HR Data Management - updating HR databases
  • A plus, provide data insights and creating dashboards

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Takes initiative, can work and begin tasks independently
