We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team and lead the online Osmonaut Communities. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and design, we would like to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content and be good at storytelling. Ability to spot and produce quality content, and remain current with PR, marketing and social media trends.

Responsibilities

  • Community Management: Creating, managing, and growing the company’s presence through Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Medium, and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Marketing Strategy: Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies. Ensure content shared on digital channels is optimized to achieve marketing objectives
  • Content Creation: Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts. Collaboratively work with design, sales, product, and education team to create compelling campaigns that grow the Osmo community
  • Provide market research and analysis support. Track analytics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of digital marketing campaigns
  • Responding to customer comments and customer queries in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of video and photography
  • Social media user/Influencer - Proficiency in social media platforms and strong understanding of on-trend social media growth tactics
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
  • Should have portfolio of relevant activities. Nice to have, but not a requirement - proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and experience with video / photo production or editing
  • Bonus: Experience in the entertainment / toy / tech space (3-12 y.o.)
  • Ideally - BA/BS degree in marketing or related field. 2–4 years relevant work experience
