What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner closely with senior leadership to identify, build and execute effective recruiting strategies to engage the best and brightest engineering talent
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process for engineering roles ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional sourcing strategies and techniques to attract top talent
  • Screen candidates and coordinate team interviews
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity while proactively sharing data-driven updates with key partners

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of fast-paced, high volume technical recruiting experience
  • Technical acumen to confidently identify strong candidates
  • Experience using Google / G Suite – Gmail, Drive, Docs, etc.
  • Strong organizational abilities with high attention-to-detail
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Driven with a "get it done" attitude

  • Existing network of C++ Developers
  • Computer Science degree preferred
  • Blockchain experience preferred.
