The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting OPSkins initiatives by building new partner relationships, negotiating and closing business deals, and ensuring best-in-class project execution. This role will focus on strategic relationships with a wide array of game developers, publisher partners, distribution platforms, and major content players.

Responsibilities:

  • Pilot new initiatives and business agreements
  • Prospect, identify and close NEW business opportunities
  • Support in all aspects of deal execution, including prioritization of partners, strategic and product assessment, transaction structuring and negotiation
  • Plan approaches and pitches that speak to client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
  • Collaborate with other OPSkins departments to ensure best-in-class project execution
  • Present to and consult with senior level Commerce management to help drive the business forward

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant Business Development experience, with technology companies
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
  • Proven record in developing, analyzing, and modeling business cases
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience crafting deals as well as understanding of legal agreements
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organization skills
  • Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing requirements
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
  • Can-do attitude, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
