• Provide technical direction and leadership for the engineering team on a AAA title
• Heavy experience with Unreal Engine
• AAA title experience on console platforms
• C and C++ programming expertise
• Experience working on a large scale live services game
• Production experience, driving accountability, chief product ownership
• 7+ years experience in high level game production
• 2+ years in leadership in a TD role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Strong management and communication skillsets
• Strong conflict resolution skills
• Extremely powerful ability to take initiatives, make improvements
• Work with the production team to revise and validate engineering estimates and production plans
• Up with the trends with technology advances, next gen and propose new innovations
• Improve overall code quality
