Our client, a studio that brings powerhouse games to life is looking for a Lead Game Producer, Content

This Lead Game Producer, Content will be responsible for:

• Managing 9-15 direct reports
• Coordinating the content development
• Managing multi departments such as design, art, QA, engineers, and audio to deliver the ultimate features
• Creating project maps, cross-analysis, and digging into underlying systems (ideal for someone who has built a mission)
• Leading the pipeline improvements and prioritizing the most impactful initiatives

The ideal Lead Game Producer, Content will have:

• A love and passion for the game
• 8+ years of experience in management/production or shipped 3 AAA games
• Strong knowledge of software development, project management, and agile frameworks
• Strong PVP experience
