WANTED:
5+ years experience in physical production, programming, development, YouTube and social media video. Must love gaming. Sport experience an added bonus. Experienced with pre-production. Experience as a UPM or Line Producer. Strong with YouTube content and Youtube culture. Reliable, organized, project management tool experience, detail oriented, strong communicator, work in fast paced environment.
DAY TO DAY:
- Pitch original projects, including presentation materials, loglines, one-sheets, scripts
- Scope, cast and budget original projects
- Proactively develop a pilot pipeline with a clear vision
- Develop social extensions of YouTube programming
- Troubleshoot, proactively identify production issues
- Think strategically with an eye for balancing production needs and content opportunities with ROI
