Omnidrone is a rapidly-growing start-up partnered with top US publisher Scopely to make the next generation of hit mobile games. We are looking for a passionate and talented Associate Producer who is motivated, results-oriented and a strong team player with a common objective of developing and delivering high quality products.

What will you do?

  • Be heavily involved in production, coordination, triage, and release planning
  • Work directly with a talented multi-disciplined feature team to drive the best output and healthy team cultures
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of status reports on team performance
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and backlog management within the team, partnering with community management, customer service and the product team, as well as the wider senior game leadership team
  • Schedule and organise various meetings for capturing, prioritisation and breaking topics down into stories
  • Establish and drive processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and communication within the teams, and also to the rest of the studio
  • Review together with the team and the key 'internal customers' the usability and efficiency of features during development to facilitate iterative improvement and feedback. Don't settle for anything that is not best-in-class
  • Synchronise the data across various systems such as JIRA and Excel sheets
  • Maintain project status and progress on a story level as well as on theme and initiative levels
  • Integrate bug reports from the QA team into your reports to provide transparency on quality for various areas of feature development

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of production experience in development teams
  • Proven experience building, motivating and driving high performing teams
  • Solid understanding of Agile and it's standard practices
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Naturally be a very structured and well organised person
  • Clear ability to assess priority of multiple issues rapidly to focus response accordingly
  • To have a demonstrated ability to facilitate cross team discussion and organisation
  • To have excellent discipline
  • Excellent communication and people interaction skills
  • Excellent ability to visualise data and convey information clearly and succinctly
  • Can combine and review multiple sources of information to discern patterns or needs
  • Enjoy working with people and teams
  • Willing to spend a lot of time in the details of how games are delivered
  • To think in a structured and systematic way
  • Have a service attitude
  • To be a gamer and passionate about games

While not mandatory, below are some nice to have's

  • Worked in large scale agile teams
  • Worked on large live service games
  • Certification as Scrum Master
