About Omni Nation
Omni Nation is an Esports organization that competes in Overwatch, Rainbow 6, SuperSmash bros. We are highly competitive and focus on both team and staff development to grow their careers and nurture promosing talent. Our latest achievement is placing 9th and 16th in the Overwatch Open division with 2 teams in both EU and NA regions that contain over 1000 participants each.
What we are looking for
We are looking for an individual that can lead our marketing team by developing strategies to grow our brand and connect with sponsors.
We can provide a small flat rate salary for this position, and a commission percentage on any sponsors they are able to bring into the org.
The person in this role will be responsible for the following:
- Leading our marketing team and coordinating with our graphic designer and social media manager to execute our plans
- Creating and developing marketing strategies in order to grow our brand
- Contacting sponsors and bringing them onboard while maintaining a good relationship with them
- Coordinate with the team managers in the organization to keep upto date with the events and news in the teams.
Requirements
- Previous Esports marketing experience is a must
- Previous experience with sponsors
- Good people skills and able to manage/coordinate a small marketing team
- Flexible schedule and easy to contact through Discord
- Fluent in English and in an EU timezone is preferred
- 21+ is a must
