About Omni Nation:

Omni Nation is an Esports organization that competes in Overwatch, Rainbow 6, and SuperSmash bros. We are highly competitive and focus on both team and staff development to grow their careers and nurture promosing talent. Our latest achievement is placing 9th and 16th in the Overwatch Open division with 2 teams in both EU and NA regions that contain over 1000 participants each.

We're looking to do something different this time. We're looking to bring on an experienced CSGO team manager and provide them with a monthly budget of $1000 to spend on building a team that can represent our organization in a positive light. The team manager will be fully responsible on how to spend this budget from player and staff salaries to marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous CSGO team management is a must, with providing proof of experience
• Understanding all the ins and outs of the games Esport system
• Understanding of how to build a fanbase around a team
• Has a solid network of good players and coaches
• Is cooperative with head management and can give regular updates (Very important)
• Fluent English speaker
• 18+
