Who are we?

We are an organization that has been around for under a year. We are both a professional esports organization, along with a casual friendly community. We currently have multiple teams in Overwatch, Rainbow 6, Black Ops, and a Twitch stream team. Our players are contracted and paid and aim to be the best and compete at top tier levels. While we aim to provide our community with regular fun activities.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Creative Director who has a background in esports marketing and brand development. An individual who can provide a plan to increase our brand awareness and grow our online following by using creative marketing strategies.

Job duties and requirments:

• Provide and execute a creative marketing plan to increase our fanbase
• Has a network of designers and videos editors that are able to provide freelance work with the organization
• Ability to work by themselves without being micromanaged.
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts
• Experience in graphic design.
• Background in Overwatch and Rainbow 6 is a big plus
