Working closely with (and reporting to) the Head of Partnerships – the Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of 3-4 brands, pending size and scope.
Missions :
- Oversee the management of existing partners to ensure that key relationships are nurtured, and that maximum value is delivered to them – and develop opportunities to grow and monetize the partnerships.
- Include but are not limited to: managing deliverables, execution of contract elements, proactive thinking, relationship building, gaining internal alignment on concepts, etc.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensures all Partnership rights are delivered with maximum effectiveness.
- Immerses in the world of the partner and understands their objectives, opportunities and challenges.
- Engages Partners and works with them to co-create rich stories that demonstrate the power of brand association.
- Delivers high quality briefings and communication to relevant members of the company (social media, competitive etc.) to facilitate a good workflow and keeps Partners well informed of status and progress.
- Takes the lead role in creating and updating reports for internal use and for Partners to monitor the partnership in real-time.
- Takes advantage of all opportunities to feature Partner activity, working with all departments of the company and providing creative as required.
- Support Head of Partnerships and Head of Sales in the partnership renewal process.
- Monitors the marketing activity of our partners and their main competitors.
Requirements :
- Esports knowledge is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel and database-related platforms
- Excellent time management, organization, able to multi-task and have strong written and verbal skills
- Clear ability to communicate effectively and follow up on post meeting actions
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position (agency, major esports or sports right holder, sponsorship/marketing department of an international brand)
- Candidate must be in CET Time Zone or close
