Working closely with (and reporting to) the Head of Partnerships – the Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of 3-4 brands, pending size and scope.

Missions :

  • Oversee the management of existing partners to ensure that:
    • Key relationships are nurtured
    • Maximum value is delivered to them
    • Partnership projects are successfully executed
    • Partner expectations are being met
  • Develop opportunities to grow and monetize the partnerships.
  • Include but are not limited to: managing deliverables, execution of contract elements, proactive thinking, relationship building, gaining internal alignment on concepts, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure all Partnership rights are delivered with maximum effectiveness.
  • Immerse in the world of the partner and understand their objectives, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Engage Partners and work with them to co-create rich stories that demonstrate the power of brand association.
  • Deliver high quality briefings and communication to relevant members of the company (social media, competitive etc.) to facilitate a good workflow and keep Partners well informed of status and progress.
  • Take the lead role in creating and updating reports for internal use and for Partners to monitor the partnership in real-time.
  • Take advantage of all opportunities to feature Partner activity, working with all departments of the company and providing creative as required.
  • Support Head of Partnerships in the partnership renewal process.
  • Monitor the marketing activity of our partners and their main competitors

Requirements :

  • BSc/BA or MA in Marketing, Management or related field is preferred
  • 2+ years relevant industry experience (agency, major esports or sports right holder, sponsorship/marketing department of an international brand) and track record from working with partnerships, building relationships and execute deliverables across various channels.
  • Esports knowledge is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of PC systems including Word, Excel and database-related platforms
  • Excellent time management, organization, able to multi-task and have strong written and verbal skills
  • Clear ability to communicate effectively and follow up on post meeting actions
  • Candidate must be in CET Time Zone or close
