JOB SUMMARY
The Partnerships & Licensing team inside NZXT is responsible for identifying and developing beneficial Partner relationships to assist the Marketing organization as well as regional and other teams around the company. CRFT is also one of the programs that we coordinate and use to help grow awareness and demand for NZXT products, requiring licensing partnerships in gaming and adjacent entertainment spaces.
In this role you will manage a portfolio of influencer partnerships, coordinate resources to help execute partnership goals and programs, identify new opportunities with current and potential partners, and launching of NZXT products and programs. You should feel comfortable communicating with external and internal teams via emails, video calls, and other communications and networking settings. We require critical thinking to look outside the standard approach to partnerships and marketing efforts, to ensure NZXT is always leading instead of following. The Partnerships team not only supports already planned activities, but also helps create new opportunities and business growth potential.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, Manage, and Create Global Influencer Marketing Strategies across NZXT’s brand and product portfolio.
- Review and identify potential demographic segments that would help NZXT achieve growth of brand awareness
- Work with internal teams in identifying Influencer Marketing and support opportunities for NZXT’s hardware and software roadmap that aligns with NZXT business goals.
- Partner closely with our product, creative, and marketing teams to create and implement new influencer strategies and go to market value propositions.
- Design ways/best practices for how we measure the success of influencer programs on the brand and the business.
- Interface closely and frequently with Influencers directly and/or agent/management teams.
EXPERIENCE
- 6 + years experience creating and managing annual Influencer programs and portfolios with 3 years experience managing others.
- Strong knowledge of the influencer and livestreaming spaces.
- Understanding of gaming, esports, and PC hardware markets a plus.
- Experience collaborating with broader, global marketing teams to determine how best to leverage influencer strategies to accomplish brand and business objectives.
- Experience with affiliate programs is a plus.
