JOB SUMMARY

The Director/Senior Manager of Sales, US eCommerce is responsible for collaborating cross-functionally to manage and direct all revenue and sales aspects of the NZXT.com direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce systems and components business. This includes strategizing, planning, developing and executing content plans, overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoring performance analytics, website traffic and product performance, among other things. Will have responsibility for the US eCommerce DTC revenue and profit. (Level of position dependent on qualifications and experience level of candidate)

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan to drive traffic and customer growth to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Be a key component in developing the effective planning and execution of an ecommerce strategy, working cross-functionally with teams to ensure QA and timely publishing of all web content. Assess current processes and build strategies using existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drive online revenue by coordinating with HW & SW Product Management and Marketing to include site experience, increasing conversion & average order value (AOV), and enhancing on-site personalization
  • Work with Marketing to understand key segment personas and their customer journeys in order to effectively reach and engage audiences as part of a full-funnel strategy
  • Work with Design and Engineering to develop User Experiences including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, and usability
  • Work with HW & SW Product team to create product launch calendar and plan e-commerce strategy for announcing new product campaigns
  • Use analytics and insights and track site performance to inform overall business strategy and tactics.
  • Direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in conversion rates, overall order size and managing margin performance across a variety of product lines.
  • Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunities beyond current offering.

EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of experience in DTC/ e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketplace Management or a related field required platform
  • Bachelor’s Degree in eCommerce, Marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A deep understanding of all lines of an ecommerce P&L and how all functions impact the business
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce specific business practices and consumer behavior
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce, Shopify, etc)
  • Experience leading campaigns on Amazon Advertising Platform

SKILLS

  • Strong skills in strategy and planning, budget and P/L management, merchandising, and marketing.
  • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
