NVIDIA’s invention of the GPU in 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. NVIDIA is looking for a rockstar Social Media Marketing Intern to join our consumer marketing team! In this role, you will serve as key support for the NVIDIA Studio, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, and NVIDIA SHIELD social channels to help grow our presence online and promote marketing initiatives.

What you will be doing:

  • Create and publish posts with management guidance on overall social editorial calendars
  • Write and edit social copy consistent with multiple brand/project channel voices and identities
  • Assist in identifying and curating engaging content for platforms including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Actively monitor social pages and editorial posts to amplify engagements and community management across key platforms
  • Organize social media asset requests, managing approvals and final deliverables
  • Ideate and execute on impactful social and digital engagement content/campaigns
  • Work in a variety of platform-specific content management and social analytics systems
  • Analyze performance of social content and incorporate insights into future content and campaigns; track and report to marketing/management team

What we need to see:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or MBA
  • Deep understanding of the different social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • General knowledge of digital entertainment brands, the gaming industry, and overall social landscape
  • Strong written, editorial and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
  • Excellent research and organization skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • You are passionate about the social media space and keep up with trending topics and best practices
  • Appreciation for and understanding of internet pop culture, entertainment, gaming, and/or the creative space
  • Demonstrated experience working on social media content for an established brand
  • Strong eye for viral/visual content, with an obsession with puns, memes, and GIFs
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, illustration, photo-editing and/or 3D design a plus
