We’re seeking someone who is passionate about social media data who can help us turn data into actionable insights that help drive business outcomes. Social Media monitoring is a key part of our strategy and you will help internal teams identify meaningful brand or product mentions and drive actionable insights from the social media landscape.
As our Social Media Intelligence Analyst, you will be an instrumental member of the Digital Marketing team. You'll work cross-functionally to support both the Enterprise and Consumer parts of our business. You will have responsibility for the tools we use to research, analyze, and inform business strategies. You'll synthesize data to build an understanding of communities who engage with NVIDIA and the content and programs that are working best. What you'll be doing:
- Provide Social Media Analysis & Insights.
- Social and PR Listening: You will build listening queries, reports, templates, and dashboards for executive reporting. These reports are used for event success measurement, campaign summaries, share of voice monitoring, crisis detection and management, etc.
- Social Performance Analysis: Perform business unit social performance reviews to provide marketing managers with key insights into their channels health, as well as provide best practices and recommendations to improve performance and lead to a successful strategy.
- Social Media Insights: Work cross functionally and provide accurate and pertinent customer insights to improve and guide effective decision-making and inform our communication strategy.
- Social Media Strategy: Partner with the creative and business teams to develop innovative social media concepts, with a willingness to bring ideas to the team that are appropriate to each channel and aligned to varying client strategies.
What we need to see:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field from an accredited institution
- 5+ years analytics and/or social media listening experience and working with boolean logic
- Working knowledge of big data, databases, and statistics concepts
- Experience with Social Media Tools such as: Zignal Labs, Sysomos, Crimson Hexagon, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr or other similar tools
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong project/people management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at a time and self-prioritize workload
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in the video game, artificial intelligence, or enterprise technology industries
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the desire to achieve thoroughness and accuracy
- Excellent social, organizational, planning and prioritization skills
- Experience or interest working with APIs and Data Science
