NVIDIA is seeking a Business Operations Manager to lead and scale our procurement, project and data management office.

Our customer base consists of hundreds of deeply intelligent engineers who continually provide us with complex problems to be solved. The highly experienced Business Operations Manager will provide the procurement, project and data services enabling our end-to-end deployments spanning multiple data centers and thousands of servers. This operation is a key foundation upon which our creative products and services are delivered. You should enjoy working in an energizing environment where speed and flexibility is key to their success. Having depth and breadth knowledge of supporting the teams that operate large-scale distributed Cloud Computing environments is a strength you'll need. You should also have managerial experience with deep knowledge and experience in at least several of the following core areas: Procurement, Project Management, Process Engineering and reporting. You will be passionate about providing outstanding customer experience and thrive in a highly matrixed environment. You will embrace change and enjoy solving challenges.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide leadership and management for a team located across multiple geographies.
  • Manage the daily operation of procurement, project management and metrics while improving the processes and systems on which your team relies.
  • Drive data-driven strategies across the organization ensuring alignment with operational plans
  • Identify problems, drive cross-functional solutions, and sustain relationships with related technical teams. Build relationships with partners, vendors and collaborate to improve operations processes.
  • Apply process control to continuously improve the team’s performance, and contribute to the overall improvement and operation of the organization.
  • Develop or support frameworks for definition and alignment of business KPIs with across the organization
  • Facilitation of planning activities, including leading the development and maintenance of operational dashboards;

What we need to see:

  • BS or BA in technical field or equivalent experience - MBA a plus!
  • 10+ years of experience in PMO and Procurement functions in multinational technology companies
  • 5+ years of managing a team
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a constantly evolving business landscape
  • Possesses a collaborative working style, comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a geographically distributed matrix organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and operational rigor
  • Ability to work with varied data sets and distilling key takeaways to various stakeholders
  • Proven track record of using data and insights to drive process improvement
  • Demonstrated P/L familiarity, or comparable business experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic business decisions into key results with clear success criteria
