The Gaming Content Management team is looking for a motivated analyst that possesses a combination of analytical and modeling capabilities, business acumen, critical thinking, and a passion for gaming. This role supports the Content Management arm of the Company’s Gaming business, which develops the best GPUs, gaming services and experiences for gamers around the world.

A successful candidate will be proficient with data management, data analytics, process automation, and system integrations, and have a keen interest in developing new efficiency tools. Experienced in interacting with business users, leaders, analysts, technical leads and developers in analyzing business requirements, understanding process and translating requirements into technical designs.

Data Analysis

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver business analysis and actionable intelligence by forming hypotheses, interpreting research results, synthesizing conclusions, deriving implications, and providing informative recommendations to senior leadership
  • Craft reports & dashboards with data from various sources using reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Mine data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies
  • Analyze large datasets in SQL, Hadoop/Hive to derive actionable insights about game content, player behavior, and market segments
  • Standardize KPIs and expand the adoption and integration of data analytics and business intelligence across different teams.
  • Help develop game and technology launch strategies by tracking meaningful metrics and providing direction to decision making.
  • A love for learning new tools and technologies, like aiding analytics with machine learning and data modeling.

System Design And Process Automation

  • Collaborate cross functionally for proven methodologies and enhancements, ensuring that underlying systems are working together optimally.
  • Monitor the underlying platform and infrastructure and respond quickly to issues.
  • Excellent debugging, problem solving, and process implementation skills.
  • Salesforce knowledge is helpful. At minimum, the candidate must have an interest in assisting with managing and coordinating the platform
  • Lead the development and improvement of content data pipeline in Salesforce by automating system integrations and enriching content data with external sources/vendors.
  • Seek opportunities to automate data collection, channel game and content data from disparate sources into a single platform, and define and design processes to do so

What We Need To See

  • 8+ years experience in sales/marketing decision support systems and/or database management systems
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or computer science
  • Experience in using data analysis to drive strategic decisions
  • Confirmed ability to evangelize, influence, and persuade within a fluid environment to achieve evolving goals
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and passion for innovation

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • Use system and application APIs to build new tools, query critical information, and present information in dashboards/charts/reports.
  • Adept at using SQL with a solid grasp of database structures, ETL, and database administration
  • Drive the data, perform in-depth data analysis, data integration, generate reports and dashboards, enabling business users to make informed decisions
