We are now looking for a high-energy leader to accelerate sales of NVIDIA GPU Virtualization and RTX Enterprise products in the Datacentre by working across an organization within NVIDIA and partners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • In this role, you will need to lead and work across multiple organizations - including account team, solution architects, marketing, sales operations and partner sales as well as OEM and Resell partners.
  • Contribute to and be responsible for the revenue growth.
  • Build sales strategy and tactics for business development and revenue growth.
  • Form effective relationships with partners making revenue, opportunity management, promotions, building sales strategies and actions and trainings.
  • Co-selling and working pro-actively on end user opportunities with OEMs, Channel Partners and VARs to deliver against a defined revenue target.
  • Engage and develop deep V and C level relationship with key corporate and commercial customers.
  • Communicate NVIDIA technology impact and value to the region; create demand for NVIDIA virtualization and RTX technologies in the datacentre for a range of workloads including VDI, Professional Visualization (e.g. CAD, Design, Creative), AI, Data Science, Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
  • Lead revenue opportunities through direct touch to the end customer, and engage and fulfill through the channel.
  • Co-ordinate appropriate engagement of company resources to ensure sales success
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and opportunities in SalesForce.com.
  • Opportunity management - direct and via OEM and channel partners (NPN) within SalesForce.com.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NVIDIA Go to market strategies, competitors, and market landscape.
  • Ensure high activity levels are achieved and reported weekly (levels to be agreed with Manager)
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the territory Ecosystem, for Professional Visualization and Virtualization
  • Understanding and specialist delivery of key features, product messages and positioning.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor degree minimum.
  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience in visualization segment.
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • Track record of optimally growing revenue for new and innovative technology-based solutions.
  • Experience and appreciation of end user selling within a channel-based business model
  • Experience building and executing a complex sales strategy across multiple organizations
  • Understanding of Enterprise IT market (hardware, software and virtualization)
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are an essential requirement. You love working across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing), as well as external partners and customers
  • Self-starter, working with minimal direction.
  • Multifaceted interpersonal and communication skills
  • Readiness to travel locally and internationally where required.
  • Good English communication skill in email and telephone-conference.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce (SFDC) or equivalent tools for pipeline management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Logical, critical thinking, fast learner and good team-worker.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master’s degree and/or MBA is desirable.
  • A passion for NVIDIA, Virtualization, and AI
  • Providing effective leadership and driving business growth.
  • Proven knowledge in influencing business practices and products to better align with customer needs
  • Working experience with Virtualization, Remote Collaboration, CAD or 3D Rendering ecosystem partners.
  • 3-7 years of experience in qualifying new customers to enable revenue opportunities, product alignment, decision makers, etc
  • Can demonstrate a strong technical foundation to establish credibility with customers and/or partners
  • Flexible and a resilient problem solver.
