NVIDIA's World Wide Field Operation Group is looking for a Business Development Manager in Tokyo, Japan for supporting Consumer markets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Work across the NVIDIA Consumer Business but with a focus on Laptops including Gaming, Studio for creators and Premium Laptops, based in Japan.
  • You will be the laptop/ OEM guide and manage our Retail and Key partners in the channel.
  • Define and drive the team strategy and be the expert in the team, enabling them to drive gaming and Studio laptops within key partners.
  • Define, drive and meet or exceed encouraged revenue and unit targets.
  • Define, measure and optimize NVIDIA’s investments. Focusing on efficiency, improving value and targeting mid and long-term growth.
  • Build and develop strategies to efficiently deliver encouraged revenue, unit and market share targets. Out of the box thinking to build the channel.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure Target/Goal achievement(s) are aligned with the wider business.
  • Analyze data to assess market conditions and identify both opportunities, and threats to NVIDIA products. Establish plans to exploit opportunities and mitigate threats.
  • Anticipate and discover competitor’s activities, update all relevant persons accordingly and adjust strategies and marketing activities.
  • Communicate strategies with the regional consumer team, ensuring that the NVIDIA business is protected at all times.
  • Plan and attend all regular calls, meetings/trainings, events and trade shows with different account and partners. Attend internal training and meetings as required
  • Plan and coordinate NVIDIA product launches and market introductions.
  • Communicate NVIDIA’s technology, product roadmaps and strategies clearly and regularly to all relevant partners and customers.
  • Understand customer products, supply and business requirements and communicate them clearly to NVIDIA.
  • Be responsible for the regional forecast.

What we need to see:

  • Proven track record of overachieving targets
  • Strong Consumer Laptop Retail experience
  • Preferred more than 12+ years’ experience within the Laptop or equivalent business
  • Proficiency both written and verbal in both the English and Japanese language.
