NVIDIA is looking for a strong technical program manager to lead security innovation through cloud engineering, offensive secure and industry cyber engagement.

This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of sophisticated, multidisciplinary cloud security programs. These programs accelerate the adoption of NVIDIA's technology by our internal and external customers in Accelerated Analytics, Gaming, Deep Learning and machine learning solutions. This role defines and implements our global security strategy in partnership with our product, cloud engineering, and infrastructure gurus. NVIDIA is looking for a leader that will drive secure deployment of NVIDIA and partner technologies to a broad range of segments. This role will lead strategic collaboration with a wide range of internal and industry leading partners to define and build solutions to use and optimize the NVIDIA cloud services for cyber security workloads. This role works closely with engineering, AI, and cloud infrastructure partners to build security solutions that are deployed across private and public clouds.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage cyber service strategy through the complete life cycle from idea to development to go-to-market
  • Bring the product perspective when collaborating with engineers and AI researchers to craft and architect software systems for the end customer
  • Capture requirements for next generation products including competitive analysis and customer feedback
  • Define use cases, examples, tools to craft and convey the product value proposition and position to a variety of audience-ranging from the technically savvy to the novice
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, and marketing teams in driving the new product introduction process and product transitions
  • Develop and review customer-ready collateral based on engineering or technical documents. E.g Whitepapers, Product Specifications, etc.
  • Develop critical metrics, program schedules to measure program health, predictability, and achievements
  • Identify failures, lead retrospective analysis, and develop improvement action plans
  • Work with product security engineering teams to build roadmap for each program that cultivate into the sprint plans
  • Plan and lead sprints to deliver tangible results each sprint that align to the roadmap objectives and goals.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience in Computer science and engineering (technology background is helpful). Master’s degree an advantage.
  • 18+ years of experience.
  • Strong technical background. Previous experience as a software engineer, data scientist, data center manager, or similar background.
  • Work experience in technical program, project or product management roles
  • Experience leading global projects remotely and readiness to work flexibly in multiple time zones
  • Effective presentation skills with a proven track record to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to balance multiple projects/programs and priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills both written, spoken, and visual
  • Understanding and knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, datacenter design including compute (GPU), storage and networking will be preferred
  • Working understanding of the cyber security landscape with proven experience leading multi-partner engineering and engagement efforts
