Marketing Operations Program Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations Program Manager to help us plan, develop, and execute marketing best practices across NVIDIA's Enterprise Marketing Organization. This an exciting and important role you will work cross-functionally with global and regional marketing campaign managers, partner marketing, digital marketing, finance, and sales operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Marketing Technology integration and optimization – ensure marketing data structure is integrated between Marketo, Jira, Workfront, SalesForce.com and other applications for the purposes of campaign performance and enablement.
  • Measurement, Analytics, and Reporting – planning and executing return on investment analysis by collaborating with different business functions. Build and maintain Dashboards and Marketing Funnel reports to review with campaign managers and assist them in making strategic decisions. Create specialized reporting for marketing leaders.
  • Training and Adoption- Train campaign marketing campaign managers on new tools and process ensuring adoption and a seemless workflow. Engage with leadership to build support and validate with their teams.

What we need to see:

  • 5 + years of marketing operations or analytics project management
  • Proficiency with Excel, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, and Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MBA Preferred, Undergraduate Degree required

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams with different marketing disciplines
