Join a small, productive team building GeForce Now’s services powering the Developers, Publishers and Client experiences across laptops, desktops, tablets & TV’s!. You will lead an engineering team, driving its technical strategy and roadmap – crafting success metrics in close collaboration with your peers across the company. You bring a strong engineering perspective that inspires change and motivates engineers to develop simple solutions to complex problems. You are curious, and motivated to improve product quality and business outcomes with data.
What We Need To See
- You have led projects in a matrixed organization and can build alignment
- Have a track record of delivering new products and iteratively improving them over time
- Have technical capacity to partner with tech leads and help drive incident resolution
- A great source of engineering talent and have proven ability to hire and retain.
- Experienced in team building, mentoring and support employee’s professional growth and development.
- You advocate the best engineering practices and bring a focused approach to testing, continuous delivery, and reducing technical debt
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to advocate technical solutions to all levels of management
- Deep understanding of cloud concepts and hands-on experience building services using a public cloud stack (AWS preferred)
- Experience building scalable web applications with Redux, React

- Prior experience with building/productizing ML/AI models and experience with NLP, Clustering & Classification is a plus
