Love gaming? Love data? Join us. NVIDIA is looking to hire an intern to work with decision makers in the Gaming product marketing and planning group. The ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated, loves gaming, and relishes working on big-data scale problems to help improve gamer experience and guide business strategy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carry out independent research to further our understanding of gaming behavior and lead development of quantitative tools for marketing planning and forecasting.
  • Work on big-data scale problems to help improve gamer experience and guide business strategy.

What we need to see:

  • You are enrolled in a MS or PhD program in a quantitative discipline: Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, etc.
  • You have solid programming skills in Python and experience working with SQL databases
  • You have experience with applying best applicable machine learning techniques and algorithms using tools and libraries like sklearn, pandas, R
  • Experience with the Hadoop ecosystem, Python Machine Learning libraries and Deep Learning frameworks is a plus
  • You are passionate about problem-solving, developing creative solutions, and continuous learning
