We are now looking for Gaming Community Specialist.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the voice of NVIDIA GeForce Community.
- Identify & lead online discussions on the latest NVIDIA products/news as well as latest gaming trends & topics, generating excitement & interests in GeForce community and keeping our fans engaged.
- Act as liaison between GeForce community members and NVIDIA internal team members such as channel sales, campaign managers, PR, technical-support & other social media platform stakeholders.
- Analyze GeForce community fan profile & behavior, study & analyze GeForce sentiment report and provide recommendation for improvement.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand GeForce community and strengthen GeForce fan loyalty.
- Work closely with stakeholders to plan & recruit GeForce fans via online & offline activities.
- Be the chief in-house gamer and consultant to internal stakeholders.
- Content creation – arrange and generate rich contents for social media channels (Youtube/IG/FB).
- Arrange proper social media calendar.
- Social media marketing – creating, managing and growing the company’s presence through Facebook, and other strategically relevant online properties. Work with stakeholders for promotion plan.
- Work with DMO team for analytics – read reports from DMO team on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
- Work with NVIDIA partners to create contents for our target audience.
What we need to see:
- Experience with similar work task.
- Work with related echo system such as gaming / IT hardware / game publisher.
- Hands on experience with Facebook / Youtube / IG.
- Good team work skill but still can work independently.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive time schedules.
- Communication skills in English both reading and writing.
- Strong work ethic.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- A deep understanding of gaming industry, gamer community & games across different platforms.
- Passionate about gaming industry and strong desire to stay connected with gamers online and offline.
- 5+ years of experience in managing or editing forums, blogs or other type of social media platforms.
- Good relationship with Youtuber/Influncer is a plus.
- A good understanding of PC & mobile industry a plus.
