Job Description:

Weโ€™re looking for someone who wants to join a next-gen gaming lifestyle brand that connects with millions of gamers around the world. Someone who is a detail-oriented problem solver and can use their experience with social media to grow and expand the NRG Brand. This person must be comfortable coordinating with our existing social media and content teams.

Required Skills/Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience working within a team setting
  • Build, execute and maintain engagement strategies on key platforms to build awareness and drive traffic for NRG
  • Manage Twitter account with over 870K Followers
  • Manage Instagram account with over 1.9M Followers
  • Manage TikTok Account with over 2.6M Followers
  • Create and publish content on channels to support and engage community
  • Analyze all social media data and adjust content to ensure maximum engagement. If content is not performing well, craft strategy to garner the highest engagement possible
  • Strategize and create evergreen content, tap into culturally relevant moments for our brand
  • Learn and develop the voice and brand of NRG
  • Analyze key community engagement KPI metrics (e.g. reach, engagement and sentiment). Take a solutions-based approach to monthly metrics in order to exceed company goals
  • Stay up to date on new social media tools
  • Seek out new opportunities for growth
  • Work with team of Social Media Managers and Creatives
  • Match Coverage
  • Expert across all social media channels
  • Experience Running Social Media accounts
  • Basic abilities in Photoshop and Video Editing Software
  • Sense of humor
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment, while balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Highly organized and able to handle a heavy workload of constantly shifting priorities
  • Ability to work some weekends and industry hours
