DESCRIPTION:

  • Execute and own the Social Media Marketing & Community strategy for NRG
  • Build, execute and maintain engagement strategies on key platforms to build awareness and drive traffic for NRG
  • Manage Twitter account with over 300K Followers
  • Manage Instagram account with over 1M Followers
  • Manage YouTube Account with over 300K Subscribers
  • Create and publish content on channels to support and engage community
  • Analyze all social media data and adjust content to ensure maximum engagement. If content is not performing well, craft strategy to garner the highest engagement possible
  • Strategize and create evergreen content, tap into culturally relevant moments for our brand
  • Learn and develop the voice and brand of NRG
  • Analyze key community engagement performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement and sentiment). Take a solutions-based approach to monthly metrics in order to exceed company goals
  • Stay up to date on new social media tools
  • Seek out new opportunities for growth
  • Work with team of Social Media Producers
  • Match Coverage

Requirements

  • Expert across all social media channels
  • Experience Running Social Media accounts
  • Basic abilities in Photoshop and Video Editing Software
  • Sense of humor
  • In-depth understanding of Twitter
  • Ability to work some weekends and industry hours
  • Passion for Gaming and esports
