DESCRIPTION:
- Execute and own the Social Media Marketing & Community strategy for NRG
- Build, execute and maintain engagement strategies on key platforms to build awareness and drive traffic for NRG
- Manage Twitter account with over 300K Followers
- Manage Instagram account with over 1M Followers
- Manage YouTube Account with over 300K Subscribers
- Create and publish content on channels to support and engage community
- Analyze all social media data and adjust content to ensure maximum engagement. If content is not performing well, craft strategy to garner the highest engagement possible
- Strategize and create evergreen content, tap into culturally relevant moments for our brand
- Learn and develop the voice and brand of NRG
- Analyze key community engagement performance metrics (e.g. reach, engagement and sentiment). Take a solutions-based approach to monthly metrics in order to exceed company goals
- Stay up to date on new social media tools
- Seek out new opportunities for growth
- Work with team of Social Media Producers

Requirements
- Expert across all social media channels
- Experience Running Social Media accounts
- Basic abilities in Photoshop and Video Editing Software
- Sense of humor
- In-depth understanding of Twitter
- Ability to work some weekends and industry hours
- Passion for Gaming and esports
