About the Role: NRG is currently looking for a Partnership Manager to help craft and execute branded campaigns with our current roster of incredible partners. Current partners include T-Mobile, Nestle, and Levi’s! As a partnership manager, you’ll be at the center of the wheel, working with stakeholders across every division of NRG

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain outstanding relationships with existing and new partners
  • Managing day-to-day communication with partners, serving as the main point of contact for all partner questions, concerns, planning, and execution
  • Ideate and execute strategic plans for our partners that target our communities through content creation across multiple platforms
  • Create workback schedules and communicating key deliverables with talent and other inter-company stakeholders
  • Create professional wrap up reports for brand partners
  • Own campaign assets with major brand partners
  • Track campaign metrics/performance
  • Ensure all partnership agreements are fulfilled and executed per partner agreements
  • Perform weekly audits on player branding across multiple platforms
  • Managing timelines (stream activations, video content, and social campaigns)
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Degree from a four-year college or university, preferred major in Marketing or Communications
  • 3+ years experience in a role with partner or account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of our esports and gaming properties
  • Experience working on social/digital campaigns
  • Quick with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Learns Quickly, Hardworking, and Deeply Organized
  • Sense of urgency and follow through with project management/client relations
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers
  • Team player with the ability to execute across a cross-functional team
  • Self-starter who takes the initiative and always pushes for maximum results
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, fluid, startup environment
