NOIZ is currently seeking an organized, experienced Campaign Manager to track and execute the fine details of our streaming campaigns on a daily basis. The role requires experience working with consumer-facing digital products and business requirements for time- and budget-constrained marketing projects. NOIZ was founded in 2018 by game and esports industry veterans who have worked with companies like Major League Gaming, THQ, Fnatic, and more. NOIZ aims to help both aspiring game streamers and game companies alike reach a wider audience, diversify marketing spend and income streams, and build their own brands easily and professionally at large scale. NOIZ is headquartered in El Segundo, CA.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand the end-to-end life cycle of NOIZ campaigns, gather required assets for the platform and promotional outlets (social media, Discord, etc.), and execute against exact deadlines cleanly.
  • Manage behind-the-scenes campaign specifics including scheduling, budget, payment requirements, etc., providing reports and project updates when requested.
  • Build and improve upon workflow processes to ensure details don’t fall through the cracks when delivering upon campaign plans.
  • Liaise with the product development team to communicate campaign technical requirements so that they can build out or fix features as necessary.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers and other internal staff to make sure all of the clients’ needs are being met and the campaigns are proceeding as planned.
  • Monitor and quickly address any issues or changes in campaigns as they progress.

Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite at the El Segundo, CA headquarters (some remote work possible).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing/content management and/or project management for consumer-facing digital products.
  • Experience in working with software development teams on evolving products with continual updates.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and organizational software.
  • Strong communications skills, with an emphasis on efficient technical communication and ability to prioritize asks.
  • Experience in digital content management a plus.
  • Knowledge of/experience in video game marketing and/or online game streaming a huge plus.
  • Passion for video games, especially up-and-coming titles, a huge plus.
