DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
- Supports the development and execution of digital advertising campaign creative testing and provides reporting and campaign insights across all digital campaigns.
- Develops and manages monthly and quarterly reports that highlight key insights and strategic learnings. Drives ongoing efficiencies in how metrics are pulled/analyzed.
- Assists with analysis of campaign performance at a campaign and tactic level. Collaborate with extended teams to identify new methods to effectively measure digital advertising performance.
- Performs thorough analysis of key audience segments to identify opportunities for increased engagement.
- Collaborates closely with Digital Advertising campaign managers to strengthen the effectiveness of campaign testing.
- Helps develop a robust test plan, improve the usability of reporting, and manage and integrate key learnings which will drive test decisions.
- Drive improvements and enhancements of current reports and propose additional metrics to broaden the customer story and effectively showcase the overall impact of the Digital Advertising channel over time.
- Participates in ideation sessions and provides input to help evaluate and respond based on performance and data results.
- Creates testing roadmap and coordinates testing setup and reporting with internal Nintendo teams.
Provides support to the Manager and Leads:
- Responsible for collecting reporting data via platform tools and through our media agency.
- Provides media insights based off media performance for Software and Hardware campaigns.
- Provides testing strategy recommendations for creative messaging and audience targeting.
- Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Provides back-up support for the Manager and Leads of the Digital Advertising department.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
- Two to five years of experience in analyzing digital marketing performance for paid media.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in display and social paid media preferred but not required.
- Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation.
- Experience creating test plans, multivariant testing, and A/B testing experience.
- Ability to manage details, multiple projects, and remain highly organized.
- Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Formal training in marketing practices or equivalent preferred
