About Employee Relations at Nintendo of America: The Employee Relations Specialist supports Nintendo’s leaders, employees, and HR teams by managing the organization’s most sensitive and complex people matters. They focus on resolving workplace concerns, conducting fair and consistent investigations, helping to guide leaders on policy application, and strengthening compliance across the organization. THE SR EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE

This position includes a base salary range of $105,300 - $168,500 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
