DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Provide administrative support for team operations, product launches, and other social media and influencer marketing activities
Calendar management including team and project schedules
Contribute to the organization and creation of platform content, optimization, reporting/analytics, content development, and updates to assigned social media channels working with agency and internal partners
Respond to requests from internal departments, including creating and routing content and scheduling posts
Assist others by drafting responses to requests received from internal departments, including contributing to the creation and routing of content and scheduling posts
Effectively and efficiently supports product launch campaigns and Nintendo brand overall on each social media network, including a well-articulated approach for growing engagement with consumers and conversation
Supports work related to contests and sweepstakes including legal review, overall execution, and prize fulfillment
May be asked to assist with daily monitoring of community conversations and help evaluate content performance
Supports analyst and specialists with ad-hoc report preparation
Assists with YouTube video uploads for program team
Prepares reports and presentations on social media and influencer marketing activities. May be required to present reports and presentations to senior leaders, executive management team, and headquarters
Partner with Nintendo’s internal teams to align on content marketing, social execution, and creative development, product messaging, and promotions. Work internationally, cross-departmentally, and across agency partners to explore and identify ways of leveraging social media to drive awareness, advocacy, and purchase intent for the brand and products
Serve as a social media expert within the company, maintaining a cutting edge understanding of best practices, features, strategies, and tactics
Maintain NOA social media management standards, policies, and rules of engagement
Other duties as assigned
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of public relations and/or consumer marketing experience, including social media, influencer marketing, or marketing Knowledge of strategic social media, influencer marketing, and public relations practices
Intermediate understanding of all social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Tumblr – both as a marketer and as a user
Experience supporting event planning and management
Experience rapidly growing and fostering an audience or community
Awareness of web analytics and social management/monitoring tools (e.g., Sprinklr, YouTube Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Twitter Analytics, Google Analytics, Sysomos, Curalate, etc.)
Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
Strong writing, editing, and communications skills
Demonstrated writing and identification of quality social media content
Cross-discipline marketing experience: PR, Advertising, CRM, Retail, Social etc.
Undergraduate degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, a related field, or equivalent preferred

This contract position has a base pay range of $25 - $37 per hour and is eligible for benefits through the employing agency. Agency benefits may include medical, dental and vision, 401(k), basic/supplemental life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, health and dependent care spending accounts, transportation benefits, employee assistance program, paid sick leave, and up to 6 paid holidays per year.
