DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Provide payments and consumer analysis and actionable recommendations to support the business to achieve revenue optimization and profitability. Follows through to ensure implementation of recommendations
  • Establish and provide KPI and Scorecards that drive change and business improvements which limits chargebacks and fraud.
  • Ensure cost and performance metrics deliver insights that enable the team to make better strategic and operational decisions.
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners to respond to ad hoc requests and provide analysis, identify root cause of issues, provide results and recommendations in a timely manner to support Payments and Fraud objectives.
  • Analyze, report and manage chargeback and fraud programs.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends in best practices, consumer preferred payment methods, fraud tools, regulations and credit card brand compliance and provide recommendations.
  • Present results of the payments and fraud analysis to NOA management and Fraud Committee, including NCL.
  • Provide ad hoc business analytics to assess impacts including consumer purchase behavior on our off device and on device stores.
  • Help manage Fraud tools, Acquirer and Payments Service Providers (PSP) relationship in meeting Nintendo’s needs.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data and/or business analyst role in ecommerce, payments and fraud industries.
  • Experience researching and analyzing data and presenting recommendations and observations.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and think independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time and to work effectively under deadline constraints.
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience leading vendor teams and projects is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, finance or equivalent field that demonstrates quantitative and analytical orientation.
