DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Manages the “My Nintendo” loyalty program; sets and drives the business priorities, marketing, and ongoing operations to maximize consumer engagement and loyalty to Nintendo’s dedicated gaming business.
Establishes and drives the key objectives and goals of the My Nintendo program that will support the overall priorities of the business.
Responsible for the definition, planning, communication and execution of initiatives that will drive the program to reach and exceed objectives and goals.
Responsible for articulating scope and deliverables of initiatives to executives and key stakeholders across the organization – Marketing, Legal, Finance, Consumer Service, Communications, as well as others.
Manages the key global and regional marketing tactics and content to drive consumer awareness of key My Nintendo features and initiatives
Works closely with Partnership and Strategic Initiatives teams on joint marketing and leads all loyalty and/or program components within the partnership.
Partners with other Nintendo Account services and marketing channels to create a holistic approach to consumer loyalty and engagement with the dedicated console business, Nintendo IP, and mobile gaming.
Oversees management of the ongoing My Nintendo operations, including My Nintendo website content, program reward offerings, point distribution, and other content management tasks.
Works with parent company in Japan and other regional stakeholders to help drive global initiatives and provide a two-way dialogue regarding service performance and feature enhancements.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of seven years of related program/project management, specifically related to managing a loyalty or membership program.
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Japanese language fluency a plus
Enthusiasm for technology and gaming a plus
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau) and operating with content management systems.
Proficiency with MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
