DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Coordinates digital marketing assets and activities as directed by My Nintendo program team, including production, distribution, communication, and approvals
Provides tactical support of My Nintendo programs including product launch activities, promotions, sweepstakes, partnership initiatives, and digital news articles
Initial point of contact for asset and product requests to internal and partner stakeholders
Tracks status of marketing assets and documentation as needed
Audits, updates, and refreshes My Nintendo content on My Nintendo website as directed by My Nintendo program team
Works with business partners to gather key information necessary to manage and execute marketing plans and tactics
Communicates verbally and in writing with relevant internal team members and partner contacts
Contributes to problem solving and mitigating potential issues as needed
Attend weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings as assigned
SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of digital content coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
Excellent PC Skills (Microsoft365, Teams, SharePoint, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Understanding of HTML and web page format structure preferred
Working-knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and a variety of CMS platforms highly preferred
Awareness of Nintendo’s franchises and intellectual properties
Familiarity with other language and culture
Knowledgeable about creative production process and deliverable specs
