DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Manages NOA’s marketing strategy integrated across all product lines, including HW systems, software titles, digital content, digital services, accessories, etc.
Recommends strategic direction extracted from analyses of data and ambiguous information
Contributes to agenda for cross-departmental leadership strategy meetings
Serves as a center of expertise for marketing strategy at NOA, and advises on improvement and integration opportunities
Works with key stakeholders cross-functionally and cross-departmentally to drive development of marketing plans to meet NOA business goals and objectives
Drives strategy alignment and develops and implements integrated marketing plans by collaborating with cross-functional campaign teams
When needed, serves as an Activation Lead (Project Manager for launch activities) or participates as an integral member of Activation Teams
Leads and contributes to the marketing PDCA/optimization process including quick-cycle hypothesis articulation, and develops resulting action plans
Helps to track campaign budgets, marketing ROI and sales performance
Prepares presentations and dashboards summarizing strategy, actions, performance and recommendations to executive management
Engages in marketing innovation trials and consumer-driven business opportunity exploration/business case development
Coaches and mentors peers
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of six years of relevant Marketing experience
Ability to analyze and clearly define marketing and consumer opportunities
Experience leading and influencing teams, ensuring alignment and integration
Possesses strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
Independent project management experience; proven ability to lead a team of diverse individuals and ability to influence senior leadership and non-direct reports
Strong presentation skills
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Video Game industry experience a plus
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
