  • Manage product-level sales forecast for Latin Am region as an input to monthly sales and financial plans

  • Coordinates supply recommendations and provide input to purchase decisions

  • Provide sell-thru forecasts and inventory projections for key products

  • Recommend sales goals and track performance

  • Evaluate promotions by country and top retailers

  • Leverage internal/external partners to develop market, category and industry insights

  • Analyze digital sales trends and identify trends and opportunities

  • Communicate insights to executive leadership regarding Latin Am market Creates and presents compelling data-based narratives to broader organization


  • 3 to 5 years of related experience required

  • Minimum of seven years relevant work experience

  • Experience in CPG industry; videogames industry preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate data into action-able insight

  • Experience with large data sets, data modelling and statistics

  • Able to work with large amounts of data and combining multiple sources

  • Understanding of Latin Am market characteristics and dynamics

  • Expert in MS Excel • Proficiency with Tableau and data visualization a plus

  • Ability to speak Spanish preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
