Tasks
Active Sourcing through various business social media channels with strong focus of modern recruiting and sourcing methods
Secure an excellent candidate experience by building up an applicant network and pool
Analysis and creation of recruitment and/or Employer Branding concepts for relevant target groups and their implementation into HR strategy
Establish Reporting in the area of Recruiting (KPI) as well as identify relevant target groups
Support as Key-user for the implementation of a new recruitment tool
Operative support for Recruiting processes (Data entry, correspondence, publishing of job ads) as well as conduct interviews (telephone, physical, remote)
Support for HR marketing projects/topics
Requirements
Commercial education or completed studies in the field of communication, business administration, psychology, social science or similar
First Recruitment or active sourcing experiences; first working experience in Human Resources is a plus
Strong customer focus and service orientation in dealing with all relevant stakeholders
Very good MS Office skills, SAP HCM knowledge would be a plus
Very good German and English skills
Very good communication and organisational skills as well as a proactive and solution oriented working style
