Tasks
- Supporting the Senior HR Reporting & Controlling Specialist in regards to all HR Reporting and Controlling tasks
- Optimization, enhancement and development of the European HR Controlling function
- Conducting standard reports, ad-hoc reports as well as monthly, quarterly, yearly reporting´s
- Back-up Key user for various SAP HCM modules like PCP, OM and Reporting & Controlling
- Supporting HR projects as well as the implementation of new HR modules
Requirements
- Commercial education or study of Business Administration, ideally with HR or Finance background
- First work experience in HR, Finance, management reporting, databases or statistics
- Very good knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge in SQL and VBA would be a plus
- SAP HCM experience would be beneficial as well as Microsoft Power BI
- Affinity for HR figures and creativity to analyse and visualise HR data in reports and dashboards
- Very good English language skills, German would be a plus
