Tasks

  • Analyse data in the digital business area to report on the performance of digital sales and subscriptions and to understand the behaviour of current and prospective customers

  • Develop solutions that can make this process more efficient, flexible, comprehensive and future proof

  • Work with key stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and reporting needs in the digital business area

  • Create actionable reports and dashboards that deliver business performance and user behaviour analytics, by making sense of large amounts of (big) data from various channels (e.g. digital sales, device usage, CRM programme, subscriptions etc.)

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses tailored to specific needs of various internal stakeholders

  • Identify efficient database models that describe user actions and behaviour, pinpointing relevant metrics and KPIs

  • Support internal IT projects, e.g. integration of additional data/sources into existing systems, databases and reports

Requirements

  • Degree-level education in Business, Business Informatics, Statistics or Mathematics

  • Interest in digital business analyses (e.g. digital sales, subscription services, CRM, consumer journey)

  • Profound knowledge of Excel and SQL

  • Experience with reporting and BI tools e.g. Tableau

  • Experience with databases (e.g. AWS, BigQuery) and Google Analytics would be beneficial

  • Strong interest in working in a big data environment

  • Very good skills in written and spoken English

  • A very precise, well-structured, responsible approach to work and analytic mindset

  • Interest in video games and the video games market
