DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Support the graphic-design needs of the IP Team within Strategic Initiatives
Create overlay images to serve as feedback to external partners on IP usage
Create reference designs to help guide external partners on a variety of product types and Nintendo franchises
Create packaging template examples for all consumer-product categories
Edit style guides to be region-appropriate and category-specific
Provide support in educating external partners on Nintendo IP usage
Work closely with the global artwork and design teams internally to ensure alignment
Create onboarding decks and materials to communicate Nintendo IP
Participate in collaborative IP-usage and design meetings and discussions
Support consistent standards in character execution and in-depth storytelling
Stay informed and educate team members about up-front trends within the soft lines category
Manage assets within the external-facing asset library to ensure well-organized and up-to-date assets
Monitor competitors, product development, and market dynamics
Manage relationships with teammates and influence internal and external partners
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience within related field(s)
Advanced skills with design tools, including but not limited to InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
A keen eye for detail and design, to detect and critique flaws and suggest improvements
A strong interest in Nintendo games and character IP A portfolio of art and style guides
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience
