DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Provides administrative support to VP and one or more Directors within the Consumer Marketing team.
  • Provides administrative support to the VP Consumer Marketing and Director level leadership
  • Supports budget operations of the department and prepares and maintains Action Memos, Purchase Requisitions and invoices
  • Coordinates team wide meetings within the department and with agencies
  • Coordinates calendar and prepares expense reports for the VP and Director Level leadership
  • Acts as a liaison to company officers and executive assistants across global Nintendo
  • Prepares reports and follows-up on key topics for VP and other department members as required
  • Coordinates prize fulfillment, department samples and campaign product requests for agencies
  • Coordinates and works on key projects as assigned
  • Organizes and manages departmental offsites

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Five+ years of administrative / executive assistant experience
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook and PowerPoint preferred)
  • Experience in a marketing environment preferred
  • Undergraduate degree in business, communications, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience
  • Vocational certification as an executive secretary or equivalent, preferred
