DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Supports the development and execution of digital advertising activities for hardware and software product launches by moving creative through legal reviews and working with the Digital Advertising leads to maintain creative delivery process.
  • Participates in ideation sessions and provides input to help evaluate and respond to creative reviews, as needed.
  • Shares and delivers creative assets requested by the Nintendo of Canada and Latin American teams.
  • Provides support to the Manager and Leads:
    • Collects art assets, style guides, product information and other materials for creative development and distributes to agency partners.
    • Coordinates the delivery of products for video productions and static creative placements.
    • Collaborates with media agency to provide all campaign assets for paid media tactics.
    • Provides assistance in securing approval and use of brand assets with design, product marketing, NCL and other teams
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and presentations, as needed. Provides back-up support for the Manager and Leads of the Digital Advertising department, as needed.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum one year of related advertising and/or marketing experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in display and social paid media preferred but not required.
  • Effective communication skills: ability to ask probing questions, listening to learn and reading/adjusting communication approach based on the audience and situation
  • Ability to manage details, multiple projects, and remain highly organized.
  • Knowledge of Nintendo products/video game industry a plus but not required
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Formal training in marketing practices or equivalent preferred
