Tasks
- Functional supervision of the channel performance management team
- Spearheading and driving forward performance analysis of digital marketing channel activities (owned/earned/(central-)paid)
- Managing Nintendo of Europe´s digital marketing related data needs and use from business perspective in close cooperation with analytics and data engineering teams
- Driving development of integrated and actionable reports/dashboards
- Translating business targets into data activation requirements across platforms (1st, 3rd party data)
- Sourcing, defining and sharing digital performance KPIs / metrics with all key stakeholders for an optimized digital consumer journey and 360 digital channel strategy for all products and services
- Driving and streamlining audience setup and control efficient use for digital marketing purposes based on set strategic direction
- Consulting key stakeholders to analyse and support continuous improvement of internal processes related to digital marketing with relevant data insights and support implementation
- Supervising the implementation of selected central marketing campaigns
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Business Informatics, Digital Marketing, Business Psychology and/or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in the field of Business Analysis, Digital Media, Media Buying or comparable
- Profound knowledge in digital analytics and marketing (such as Website Analysis, Online Campaign Tracking, Social Media Reporting) and related tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Sprinklr, SocialStudio, Brandwatch or comparable)
- Proven skills in data analysis (e.g. in the field of market analysis and/or Social Media)
- Experience in user, content and product tagging, campaign tracking, naming conventions and taxonomies, micro and macro conversions
- Experience with data-driven customer journey-based analysis, attribution or scoring models
- Good understanding of targeting possibilities and data sources (1st, 3rd party) on ad platforms (DSP, Social. DMP & CDP experience is big plus)
- Very good skills in written and spoken English
- High motivation and organizational skills
- Experience in the video games market and affinity is a plus
