DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

  • Provides administrative support to the department leadership team
  • Performs confidential verbal and written Japanese and English translations; prepares and transmits correspondence
  • Coordinates calendars for department directors; assists executive assistant as needed for EVP calendar
  • Acts as liaison with other departments, company officers and executive assistants across global Nintendo
  • Supports budget operations, and prepares and maintains Action Memos and Purchase Requisitions
  • Prepares expense reports for department leadership team
  • As directed, attends meetings and participates in conference calls between department and NCL
  • Coordinates meetings and communication within department and internal stakeholders, as well as external partners
  • Prepares reports and follows-up on key topics for department leadership and other department members as required
  • Coordinates department samples and product requests as directed
  • Coordinates preparation of presentation documents and slides for projects and group meetings as directed
  • Coordinates travel arrangements
  • Maintains department files
  • Coordinates and works on special projects as assigned

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative / executive assistant experience
  • Exceptional English/Japanese bilingual translation skills (verbal and written) required
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
  • Level 1 JPLT or equivalent proficiency
  • Professional training in Translation/Interpretation or equivalent experience
  • Passport required
